Coronavirus Concerns & Precautions
I follow CDC precautions for all healthcare facilities. At this moment, (spring 2022), masks are still required in the office. Please bring a mask with you. If you forget your mask, I will provide you with one. Oral rinses before procedures will be done as well. One additional person may accompany small children if needed. Please reschedule your appointment if you have had any exposure to a Covid positive person or have any cold or flu-like symptoms. Hopefully, we can work together to get this behind us.
Meet the Doctor
Janelle Ferber-Stumpf, DDS
I began working in the dental field at the age of 14 when my father, Dr. Robert Ferber, decided I needed to earn my allowance. He slowly introduced me to various tasks around his office, and I gradually grew to know each task and admired his knowledge and expertise. He instilled in me a desire to pursue a career in dentistry. After graduating from Marquette University School of Dentistry, I genuinely admire the skill with which my father practiced and the standards he upheld. I was very fortunate to be able to work alongside him for nine years.
I work hard to keep the legacy of Ferber/Stumpf Dental modern and up to date. Continuing education, state of the art materials, and technologically advanced equipment continue to focus as it evolves and improves the dentistry I provide. This process has taken me into new areas where medicine and dentistry work together for the best possible outcome. The study of sleep medicine, sleep apnea, snoring, and improved sleep quality in children and adults is another facet where modern dentistry can contribute to a better quality of life.
Early recognition and treatment of children with developing growth discrepancies can lead to an interceptive overall health approach. Understanding tongue movements, frenum restrictions, and their impact on palatal growth have led me to a greater understanding of treatment options for the very young. These issues need to be recognized and identified early in child development.

I am honored and humbled to be included as a clinical evaluator for dental products with the research group, "Clinical Research Associates" located in Provo, Utah. This group was started by Dr. Gordon Christensen 35+ years ago and is well known in the dental community worldwide for its expertise in dental materials and techniques. This is a small contribution on my part to the ongoing evaluation of dental products facing the dental community and ultimately the quality of dentistry you will receive where ever you may live.
